About Couples Reset

Why we made this

Most relationship advice tells couples to “communicate better,” “stay calm,” or “listen more” — and then stops right where the hard part starts. Nobody hands you the sentence to say when your partner shuts down, when you are two minutes from snapping, or when a text thread is spiraling at 11pm.

We built Couples Reset to fill that gap: short, plain-language scripts and worksheets you can actually use during a rough moment, not just read about afterward. The whole thing is organized around one simple idea — you do not need a perfect speech, you need one good next line.

What Couples Reset is

It is a one-time, $37 digital bundle — a main playbook, a 180-script bank, quick-reference pages, a texting-rescue mini-guide, and a worksheets pack. It is self-guided, written in plain language, and built around the R.E.S.E.T. method: Regulate, Empathize, State the need, Express a request, Try again. You buy it once and use it whenever the same conversation comes back around.

What it isn't

Being clear about this matters more to us than making a bigger promise:

• It is not therapy and not a replacement for a licensed couples therapist.
• It is not a subscription — no recurring bill, no app to keep paying for.
• It is not for crisis or abuse. If you feel unsafe, or there is abuse or coercion, please start with a professional or a crisis line rather than a self-guided tool.
• It is not a guaranteed fix. It is a set of practical tools that work when both people are willing to use them.

Who's behind it

Couples Reset is made and operated by Rize Market LLC, doing business as Couples Reset. We are a small team that writes and tests every script and worksheet in plain, everyday language — no therapy-speak, no filler. If something in the bundle is not working for you, we want to hear about it.
